Here’s sweet ol' BUMPER, the survivor who recently had a run of bad luck... but all that's changed now ! She’s a fine ol’ Dachsie who’s 10 +/- years old and blind as a bat. She got her name because she navigates by bouncing of walls and objects like a pin ball She’s really smart and learns her way quickly. Her ideal spot is on your lap, right beside you in your bed, or snoozing in her own bed. So why would anyone throw a precious dog like this away ? Just because she can’t see ? Phooey !!

Bumper is a spayed black & tan shorthaired slightly overweight tweenie dame who is up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and on monthly heartworm preventative. She has clean teeth and is on a diet and exercise program, and she will make no house-training mistakes if allowed to go out often. She gets along well with all the other Dachsies in her foster mom’s home.
