Miss Lil Snausage was a stray that ended up at a local shelter. She did not do well at the shelter, she has quite the snarl when behind bars. We were told she was a purebred Dachshund, but there is something else in her background, maybe pug or chihuahua. She is a doll and simply loves being with people and other dogs. As you can see by her picture, she is a busy girl, that simple doesn’t have the time to sit still for photo’s. She is on the heavy side, and is currently working to get her bikini figure back.

This Colorado Sweetheart is a Colorado Dachshund Rescue friend. All of our dogs, are spay and neutered, up to date on vaccines and are heartworm negative and on preventative. We rehome close to 100 Dachshunds each year, and save many of them from certain death at local shelters. By working with local shelters, we are able to give them a second chance to find their new forever homes.
