Harmony Hounds Rescue is a small rescue operation run from our 5 acre mini farm in south central VA. We are dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of Dachshunds and when room Dachshund mixes. We usually take in only 1-3 Dachshunds at a time but on occasion we will take in multiples from Puppy Mill/BYB rescues. Please check our site often for available dogs with us or from other rescue organizations or individuals needing to give up their Dachshunds. Note: We are closed to Dachshund intake in the fall/winter as we take in mini horse rescues at this time. Please see our site for adoption process information. Thank you!
